The European Parliament votes on reducing guarantees for GMO vaccines.

One of the most suspicious things about this health crisis is the politicians' obsession with needing' a vaccine, because it really was a political and not a scientific message that started in January when the pandemic had not been declared and when it was not even known for sure how the disease would evolve.

When the pandemic had not yet begun, the vaccine was already necessary.

Our most intelligent and scientific Minister, acknowledges that on February 2 he contacted experts to research a vaccine and to make legislative changes that would favor it (a month and a half before the state of alarm), and the legislative changes were "made" long before the declaration of the alarm, in those days when it was impossible for there to be contagion and much less deaths in Spain.

In March 2020, RDL 8/2020 appeared, which speaks in the explanatory statement, of the release of genetically modified organisms with reduced safety guarantees.

What seemed to be a crazy and precipitate occurrence, the Minister confirmed that it was something premeditated well in advance. What appeared to be a quip by our most intelligent minister this week is confirmed to be a pre-designed plan from the perspective of globalism.

The race for a vaccine, for a preventable, treatable or curable disease, has not been a public health necessity but a political plan

On 10 July 2020, the European Parliament will debate and vote on several proposals concerning the COVID. The

Proposal for a REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the conduct of clinical trials on, and supply of, medicinal products for human use containing or consisting of genetically modified organisms to treat or prevent coronavirus disease

The core issue of this amendment to the regulation is to reduce the guarantees of safety in the use of genetically modified organisms in clinical trials.

This was not an occurrence of the Minister "rockets".

"Reasons and objectives of the proposal

The health policy objective of this proposal for a Regulation is to ensure that clinical trials on medicinal products for human use containing or consisting of GMOs, intended to treat or prevent COVID-19, can be initiated expeditiously in the absence of an environmental risk assessment or a prior authorisation in accordance with Directive 2001/18/EC or Directive 2009/41/EC, to the extent that a valid World Health Organisation declaration of a pandemic exists, or in the event that COVID-19 is declared an emergency in accordance with Decision No. NO 1082/2013/EU".

Clearer: water. The proposed regulation has not been the subject of a public consultation or a Commission impact assessment, and this was voted on 10 July, drafted and published on 17 June.

Kateřina Konečná, Marc Botenga on behalf of the GUE/NGL Group (Confederal Group of the European United Left - Green Left (IU))

It says in his paper that:

"Whereas COVID-19 has demonstrated the interdependence between human health and the health of the planet; whereas the emergence of zoonoses, diseases which are transmitted from animals to humans, is aggravated by climate change and environmental degradation;"

In a delirious 12-page political harangue, he throws out the ball and omits the substance of the debate in a position of "he who is silent, gives".

Alexandr Vondra on behalf of the ECR Group (European Conservatives and Reformists Group (VOX))

"Welcomes the EU vaccine strategy recently proposed by the Commission;

Recalls the 'One Health' principle, which reflects the fact that human, animal and environmental health are all interconnected and that diseases can be transmitted from humans to animals and vice versa; stresses the need for a 'One Health' approach to pandemics and health crises in both the human and veterinary sectors;'.

And in a charged 9-page political slogan, he throws out the ball and omits the substance of the debate in a "shut up, give" position.

Jytte Guteland on behalf of the S&D Group (Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats (PSOE))

"Calls on the Commission, Member States and global partners to ensure rapid, fair, equitable and affordable access to future vaccines and treatments for VIDCO-19 once they become available;"

"Calls on the Commission, Member States and global partners to ensure rapid, fair, equitable and affordable access to future vaccines and treatments for VIDCO-19 once they become available;"

"Calls for the Union's health guidelines to be strengthened and in some cases made mandatory, for example: the Union's action plans on antimicrobial resistance and vaccination should be reinforced with binding measures, such as a Union vaccination card for citizens;"

And in a bland 8-page speech he throws out the ball and omits the substance of the debate in a "he who is silent, gives" position.

Véronique Trillet-Lenoir on behalf of the Renew Group (UPYD PNV)

"Welcomes the exponential increase in the proposed budget for the new EU4Health programme;"

"Calls on the Commission to review the joint procurement mechanism under the Decision on serious cross-border health threats and to propose a new regulation to promote its use for the procurement of vaccines and treatments,..."

And as if it were a pre-designed 10-page script, it throws balls out and omits the substance of the debate in a position of he who is silent, gives'.

Peter Liese, on behalf of the PPE Group (Group of the European People's Party (PP))

"supports the Commission's Action Plan on vaccination and calls on the Commission and the Member States to implement it rapidly; emphasises in particular that all European citizens and patients in the rest of the world should have access to the vaccine or treatment against COVID-19; points out that the European Union should call for dialogue and cooperation, but also have a Plan B in case third countries are unable to share the vaccine or treatment or their respective expertise; calls on the Commission and the Member States to consider the use of compulsory licensing and trade measures in such cases

And in a cheap 6-page speech, he throws out the ball and omits the substance of the debate in a "shut up, give" position.

Petra De Sutter on behalf of the Verts/ALE Group (Group of the Greens/European Free Alliance (ERC - ICV))

"Calls on the Commission, Member States and global partners to ensure rapid, fair, equitable and affordable access for all to future vaccines and treatments against COVID-19 as soon as they become available; "Calls for the strengthening of the Union's health guidelines and their enforcement in certain cases, such as the Union's action plans on antimicrobial resistance and vaccination, which should be reinforced with binding measures, such as limiting the prescription of antimicrobials for human use to what is strictly necessary, and a Union vaccination card for citizens; calls for the ECDC guidelines for the COVID-19 health crisis to be made mandatory, for example the methods for recording deaths and recoveries;".

And in a 10-page flatulent speech, he throws balls out and omits the substance of the debate in a "he who is silent, gives" position.

In a joint proposal from Parliament to the Commission on the European Union's public health strategy after COVID-19 (2020/2691(RSP)), MEPs set out the following

"Whereas there is growing concern about the reluctance to vaccinate and its impact on public health; whereas greater clarity is needed about the benefits and risks of immunisation in the organisation and implementation of vaccination programmes in the Member States;".

"whereas the Commission-sponsored donors' conference on 4 May 2020 to raise EUR 7.5 billion for the development of vaccines, treatments and tools as a global common good in relation to COVID-19 reached EUR 15.9 billion on 27 June 2020; whereas in its communication entitled 'Europe's Moment: repairing the damage and preparing the future for the next generation" (COM(2020)0456), the Commission states that "[a]ny future vaccine should be produced by the world and for the world, and be affordable and accessible to all";".

"Whereas the Union's vaccine strategy is based on advance market commitments but does not explicitly refer to availability at cost;"

"Calls on the Commission, the Member States and the global partners to ensure rapid, equitable and affordable access for all worldwide to future vaccines and treatments against IDU-19 as soon as they become available

"Calls on the Commission, Member States and global partners to ensure rapid, equitable and affordable access for all people worldwide to future vaccines and treatments against IDU-19 as soon as they become available;"

"Calls for the use of joint public procurement by the Union to purchase vaccines and treatments against IDCO-19, and for this to be done more systematically to avoid competition between Member States and to ensure equitable and affordable access to important medicines and medical devices, especially for new innovative antibiotics, new vaccines and curative treatments, as well as medicines for rare diseases

"Advocates the introduction of a Union vaccination card

In short, in case you had not perceived it to be a health monopoly where research, production, purchase and distribution is controlled and concerted by politicians.

At no time is there any talk of freedom of research, of guarantees, of safety, of proven effectiveness, of the freedoms of professionals and patients.

Control, control and monitoring, European vaccination booklet and vaccines.

The Commission's initiative has not had the support of Parliament, which has thrown the ball out and insisted on its totalitarian discourse on health, but statutorily Parliament does not have the capacity to direct EU policies and is merely an advisory body without decision-making capacity. Given that Parliament's proposals do not in any way contradict the Commission's draft, it is "a tacit approval by express disapproval" (politics is what ...)

Now we will have to wait for the European Commission to give its opinion. In view of this, the Commission will continue with its plan to modify the text in order to allow the testing of genetically modified products with reduced guarantees for human health and the environment... and all of this will happen if we do not get started.
